Weekly Backups

Manually backing up a VPS Server isn’t the simplest task in the world. You will either have to use a different server or your home computer, or, alternatively utilize some 3rd–party tool. We will make a full backup of your virtual server each week, so you never have to be afraid of losing important data. And we can retrieve a backup really quickly. All our backups are held on a special machine with a RAID array of disk drives, so if anything happens to any part of your stored web content, we’ve got your back.

Installation & Troubleshooting

If you would like your virtual server to have video conversion or video streaming capabilities, you have to install & configure particular software programs on it. And if this may seem like something way too difficult for you, then our Installation & Troubleshooting service, an essential part of our Optional Admin Services deal, is definitely the right thing for you. With it, you will have the complete and uninterrupted attention of one of our senior server administrators who will install any software application or take care of any issue that you are having with your Virtual Private Server.

The Optional Admin Services package is bundled with most of our OpenVZ VPS Servers. With our KVM VPS Servers, it’s an optional feature.
