A: The website migration service provided by Zona3net is entirely free and involves transferring all your files, databases and e–mails from your present hosting provider to your brand–new hosting account with us. We’ll also edit all the settings needed for your websites to be fully operational on our ultra–modern cloud hosting platform.Our techs are fully capable of transferring just about any site. With years of work experience in the industry, they’re well–versed in the specificities of our cloud hosting platform, our Control Panel and all other well–known Control Panels. For them, transferring a custom–built web app with lots of custom libraries is as easy as transferring a simple WordPress–based weblog.

A: While we can’t give you an exact time frame, since there are plenty of variables, among them the size of the web files and databases, the location of the present host’s server, the complexity of your web site and the current workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we will do our very best to transfer your site within 48h, and in certain cases – within 24h (when the content is not large).

A: We’ll need the login information for your current web hosting provider’s Control Panel along with the web site’s name (domain name).

A: Before we can begin the migration of your web hosting account, you must first open an account with us. Opening an account with us requires that you to share the same details you have provided to your present web hosting provider. We’ve also got an extremely strict Privacy Policy, which describes how personal info is dealt with.

A: No. Your web site will remain completely operational during the transfer. Once everything is done on our end, we’ll tell you so that you can examine it and check for any problems. If everything’s OK, all you will have to do is modify your domain’s DNS settings.

A: Nope. Aside from your login info for the Control Panel, we will not require anything. We’ll never contact your web hosting provider. They won’t know anything about the transfer either.

A: We support all Linux–powered web hosting platforms. Generally, if we can get access to your Control Panel, we will be able to transfer your site.The only platforms that we do not support are closed–source website building platforms such as Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
